Lauritzen Bulkers is a vessel owner and operator specialised in dry bulk shipping with worldwide operations. The company is active in the handysize segment with a focus on long, medium, and short-term trading, excellent operations management, and tight risk management, including trading with Freight Forward Agreements (FFAs).

The Dan Swift is a mono hull DP2 accommodation and support vessel (floatel). The vessel is designed and equipped to support and service offshore operations worldwide. It features key design features such as two gangways ensuring operational flexibility, while the vessel’s DP2 system ensures superior station keeping ability.

The vessel also provides modern, high standard accommodation and recreational facilities for approximately 290 persons and a 600 m² working deck area.

Following the merger between Lauritzen Kosan and Epic Gas Ltd. in early 2021, J. Lauritzen became a shareholder of BW Epic Kosan Ltd. with a holding of about 25%.
J. Lauritzen has subsequently increased its shareholding to 35.77% in connection with the delisting of the company.

BW Epic Kosan is the world’s largest owner and operator in the 3,500 to 12,000 cbm gas carrier segment, providing global seaborne services for shippers of liquefied petroleum gases and petrochemicals.
